journey combines daily yoga sessions, scenic hikes in the High Atlas Mountains,
and a deep dive into the local culture of the Bouguemez Valley – known as
Morocco’s Happy Valley.

vibrant stopover in Marrakech, escape to our nature-based eco-lodge at 1,800
meters altitude. Expect yoga facing the mountains, accessible but varied treks,
stunning waterfalls, and intimate cultural encounters with the local community.

Day-by-Day
Itinerary
Day 1 –
Marrakech
- Arrival in Marrakech, meet
& greet, transfer to hotel or riad.
- Guided afternoon tour of the
medina, souks, and the famous Jamaa el-Fna square.
Day 2 – Marrakech → Ouzoud → Bouguemez
- Drive to the impressive Ouzoud
Waterfalls (100m high, home to wild monkeys).
- Scenic drive via Tizi N’Oughbar
Pass (2,200m), through pine forests and mountain villages.
- Sunset yoga session at the
eco-lodge upon arrival in Bouguemez Valley.
Days 3–5 – Bouguemez Valley
- Two yoga sessions per day on
the terrace with panoramic mountain views.
- Three
guided hikes:
- Adazene Trail: 13km / +400m
elevation / ~6h
- Canyon Walk: 10km / +400m
elevation / ~4h
- Aghenbou Summit: 2,800m / 14km
/ +800m elevation / 7–8h
- Cultural workshops in villages:
local crafts, women’s cooperative (Tifawine NGO), and cultural exchanges.
Day 6 – Bouguemez → Marrakech
- Stop at Imi n’Ifri
natural bridge (120m arch).
- Return to Marrakech, free
evening to explore.
Day 7 – Marrakech
- Guided visits: Koutoubia
Mosque, Bahia Palace, and Ben Youssef Medersa.
- Free time for shopping or café
hopping.
Day 8 – Departure
- Transfer to the airport or
extend your stay with optional tours.

riads/hotels in Marrakech (double rooms), 4 nights in AdaZen Eco-Lodge.
- Meals:
- 7 breakfasts, 4 picnic
lunches, 4 dinners (including a festive New Year’s Eve dinner for late
December departures).

ingredients, vegetarian options available.
- Transport: All transfers included
(airport pick-up/drop-off, minibus transport).
