The Ait Bouguemez valley, nicknamed the “Happy Valley”, is a magnificent mountainous region in the heart of Morocco’s central High Atlas mountains. Great welcome and starting point for hiking. Aziz and Leila are great hosts. The food is incredible. Gargantuan breakfasts with breathtaking views over the valley. The rooms are modern and beautifully decorated. The valley is called “Happy Valley”.
Lovely place to relax, ideal for day trips. Ideally you need a car to visit the surrounding area.
What a wonderful stay! Adazen Ecolodge was beautiful, the rooms spacious and very clean. The staff are super friendly and accommodating. The food, served on one of the spacious terraces, was also delicious. The lodge had a magnificent view of the valley with its apple trees, the mountains and the surrounding Berber village. My family and I had a most wonderful time.
Quiet location on a hill above the valley with superb views Lodge with exceptionally helpful and courteous staff (walks and sights in the valley). Very good breakfast and dinner prepared just for us. Short off-road access through interesting village.
